Summary:
ZMA (B) S pneumatic diaphragm angle type control valve is suitable for the requirements of right-angle connection, medium for high viscosity, suspension and granular media occasions. It is mainly composed of pneumatic film multi-spring actuator and angle valve. The valve plug adopts the top guide structure, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, simple flow path, small resistance and easy washing. Pneumatic diaphragm angle type control valve is widely used in the accurate control of gas, liquid and other media, that is, process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level at a given value.
Advantages:
Pneumatic diaphragm angle type control valve is especially suitable for allowing small leakage, small pressure difference between the valve before and after the high viscosity, suspension and granular material adjustment, which can avoid coking, blocking, facilitate self-cleaning and cleaning. This product has the normal temperature type, the adjustment cuts off the type, the bellows seal type, the high temperature type, the jacket heat preservation type and so on. It applies fluid temperature in - 196 ° ~ + 450ºC. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. Various specifications are available.
Principle:
Pneumatic diaphragm angle type control valve is mainly composed of pneumatic film multi-spring actuator and angle valve. It takes compressed air as the power source. With the help of electrical valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, positioner valve and other accessories, it accepts the relevant signal of the adjustment position, automatic control valve opening, so as to achieve the medium flow, pressure and liquid level regulation. The constant percentage characteristic is the optimal one, because it is stable and has excellent adjustment performance.
In general, angle type control valve is installed in a forward direction, that is, the bottom enters &the side report. Only in high-pressure differential situations and high viscosity, easy to coking, medium containing suspended objects, it is recommended for reverse installation, that is, the material side enters the bottom out. Angular regulator reverse use of the purpose is to improve the unbalanced force and reduce wear to the valve core, at the same time, it is also conducive to high viscosity, easy to coking and containing suspended medium flow, coking and blocking.
