Summary:
ZZYVP Pilot-operated type of pressure control valve is mainly composed of control valve, actuator and a command set pressure. Simply put, in general, the direct action of the valve control precision is not high. The purpose of having a conductor is to increase control accuracy. The  valve does not need additional energy, and the use of the medium (gas) itself as a power source, the introduction of the command of the test actuator, which is to control the pressure regulating valve spool position, and change the valve medium flow, to make the valve back end pressure (type B) or front end pressure (type K) remain constant.
 
Features:
The pressure setting value of the self-operated pressure control valve with the conductor can be realized on the conductor. It can be adjusted at will during operation. The control precision is about one time higher than that of a direct operation of the self-valve, and it is suitable for high precision control occasions. Detection and execution components are made of high temperature resistant materials. It can also be used for high temperature (200 ° C) water vapor without any condenser.

Working principle:
As for the pilot-operated self-operated pressure control valve, when the pressure of the regulated medium increases, the pressure acting on the lower pressure of the main valve diaphragm is greater than the pressure above, and the spool moves upward to reduce the flow cross section. In this way, the pressure behind the valve drops slightly. Conversely, when the pressure of the regulated medium decreases, the pressure acting on the command diaphragm decreases.
