Q340 Metal to Metal Side-Mounted Eccentric Half Ball Valve
The side-mounted eccentric half-ball valve structure design is similar to a three-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve, which has the advantages of easy operation, no friction in the opening process, zero leakage and long service life. With open and close without friction, sealing surface can realize self-cleaning, long service life, in addition, adjust or replace the sealing pair, the valve can continue to use, avoid the current many valve sealing failure defects of the whole set of scrap, save cost.
1. Sealing pair (valve core, valve seat) -- bimetal, a metal spherical ring with a hard seal, fire and explosion-proof.
2. The tight seal, valve core and valve seat sealing is spherical line contact, three-dimensional eccentric to achieve zero leakage.
3. The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation amount when the valve is found to wear the sealing pair for a long time, just loosen the limit bolt at the handwheel side, turn a little when closed, still can achieve reliable sealing, extend the service life.
4. The pressure sleeve can be unscrewed, adjust or replace the seat, the valve can continue to use, to avoid the current many valves sealing failure after the whole set of defects.
