Q41F Floating Flange Type Ball Valve
Summary:
Flange type ball valve is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, choose different materials, can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media. The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium in the pipeline. The ball valve is not only simple in structure and good in sealing performance, but also small in volume, light in weight, little in material consumption, small in installation size, and small in driving torque, easy to operate, easy to realize fast opening and closing.

Features:
1. Advanced seats: seats designed with years of experience in ball valve manufacturing ensure valve sealing with low friction coefficient, small operating torque, various seat materials and wide application range.
2. Error-free switch handle: flat head stem is adopted to ensure the connection with the handle is not misaligned, so as to ensure the switch state indicated by the handle and the valve.
3. Locking device: in order to prevent valve switch from misoperation, there are locking holes in full open and full closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
4. Anti-flying structure of the valve stem: the valve stem is bottom mounted to prevent it from flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after fire to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.
Structure and Service:
Floating Ball Valve
1. The valve seat is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene and polystyrene, which can be used in high temperature and various media conditions.
2. Lower mounted stem and inverted seal structure are adopted to ensure reliable sealing at packing place.
3. Set the 90-degree switch with hole positioning piece, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation.
Fixed Ball Valve
1, the use of spring and plate spring preloaded movable metal valve seat structure.
2. According to the requirements of users, it can be designed to be applicable to the structure containing solid particles, slurry and other media or materials resistant to high temperature.
