Stainless Steel WCB Pneumatic Soft Seal Gate Valve
Pneumatic soft seal gate valve adopts first-class rubber vulcanization technology to enter rubber into the whole& outsourcing rubber, so that the vulcanized valve can ensure accurate geometric size. Traditional gate valve is often in the water after washing pipe that is because of external things, such as stone, wood blocks, cement, paper debris, debris and other silt deposited in the valve bottom groove, which is easy to cause can not close close and form leakage phenomenon. But soft seal gate valve has not the existence of this phenomenon.
The pneumatic soft seal gate valve has the advantage of corrosion resistance. The valve body is coated with powder foam epoxy resin, which changes the corrosion and rusting of the ordinary gate valve body and can be used in the sewage system.
Pneumatic seat seal valve body bottom (equivalent to pipeline bottom) has no valve plate groove, showing a parallel state, which will not cause debris retention. It solves the problem that traditional gate valve debris is equal to accumulated in the valve bottom groove, which is easy to cause confusion of tears but cannot be closed tightly, so that fluid flow is unblocked.
